During the Programming Phase we get to know you and your desires for your new space, as well as your dreams for your family and your professional life.


Yes, we go deep because this is the time to imagine what your life "could be like" so we can co-create the physical environments that will support that vision. 

After looking at your future vision, we of course garner all the relevant architectural and budgetary 

information needed so we can progress to Design Development.

Design Development is the phase where we percolate on different concepts as we sketch new space plans and furniture layouts, as well as develop color and material selections, select art and get custom quotes. 

Not only are we looking at the aesthetics of your new space, but we are also doing a Sensory Audit to make sure our design is engaging all your senses and will enhance your well being. 


This phase is typically a 4 - 6 week process, depending on the size of your job of course, and culminates in an in-person Design Presentation at our office which is always a highlight of any job. 

Following any minor adjustments, we finalize your design drawings and start the final detailing of your CAD plans.





The Construction Documentation phase is All. About. The. Details. 


We detail all of your CAD drawings so your contractor knows exactly what our design intent is and has accurate drawings to price your job.

After you receive several construction bids we assist in reviewing each to ensure accuracy and fair pricing.

This is also the time we compose and submit purchase orders for all of your equipment, interior finishes, and furnishings so items are received and ready to install before construction begins.

Building is what we live for as we get to see our ideas come to life and that smile on your face.  


Rest assured we are with you every step of the way as we manage the process, help oversee the sub-contractors and ensure your work is progressing on schedule as planned.


Your job is only to live your life and let us handle the day-to-day management. Doesn't that sound nice?!  

Following construction, we coordinate the delivery and installation of your new furnishings, accessories and artwork.





Before we conclude our time together, we do a final walk-through and prepare a list of any remaining small items needing attention.

We also discuss the care and maintenance of all your new finishes, furnishings and fixtures so you can enjoy them for years to come.

So it is this process that we hope lays the foundation for you to live and work in a beautiful environment that will provide years of enjoyment and well-being.
